Apart from iPadOS 14.5 and watchOS 7.4, Apple is now rolling out iOS 14.5 to the iPhone. This is a very big update which brings many new features, yet some of them are quickly retrieved

Use apple watch to unlock iPhone
When you try to use Face ID while wearing a face mask, you can use the Apple Watch to securely unlock the iPhone. Users can just look at their iPhone with Apple Watch on their wrist, unlocked and close to their iPhone and receive feedback from Apple Watch, which shows their iPhone has been unlocked. The new feature works for iPhone X, later and 3rd and later Apple Watch series.
Developments in Siri
Users can now choose the voice to Siri once they set up their device, and users can choose from a wider range of voice options in English. The new Siri voices use the technology Neural Text to speech for an unbelievably natural sound.
With support for Group FaceTime Siri also gathers new capabilities to facilitate multi-contact telephone calls or request FaceTime names from Siri in messages for any group. In addition to the incoming messages, Siri can now announce incoming calls via AirPods or Beats compatible headphones.
More privacy controls
App Tracking Transparency require user permission before tracking data on applications or websites owned by other advertising companies, or sharing their information with data brokers. Apps can prompt users for permission, and users can see in Settings which apps have requested tracking permission so they can make any changes in their choice.
New emoji set of iOS 14.5 include couple exiting couple emoji and additional emoji have a face, a spiral-eyed face, a cloud-like face, fire-like hearts, a mending heart, and a woman with bars.
Use Apple Maps to report an incident
Maps users in the U.S. and China can now report accidents, risks and speeds on the way with Siri on iPhone or CarPlay without any hesitation and with ease. The purpose of this feature is to keep drivers free and focus on the road. Maps users can now share their ETA on walks or on a bike to let families and friends know when they are coming. Users of CarPlay can use new Siri or keyboard controls to start the Share ETA feature.
It has redesigned display pages to make it easier to hear and save episodes and download them for quick access to library automatically. Top charts, categories and curated collections for listeners to find new shows on the search tab.
